The Engineering team at parcelLab is responsible for developing and maintaining the company's award-winning post-purchase platform. This includes building robust backend services that handle shipping data from over 350 carriers worldwide and creating user-friendly frontend interfaces. They also provide technical support to ensure seamless integration and optimal performance, while developing technical content to support both internal teams and customer education.
