Herve Lafont is a seasoned entrepreneur with extensive experience in the travel and hospitality sectors. Currently serving as the CEO of Intermèdes since April 2024, Lafont also co-founded Parcel in March 2021, a conscious travel startup specializing in remote tiny house accommodations in France. As the CEO and Founder of Stelaf Participations since September 2010, Lafont has been instrumental in various ventures. Previously, Lafont was the COO and Founder of Onedirect France, established in January 1999, which became a leading e-commerce company in Europe. Additionally, Lafont founded VeryChic in February 2011, a member-only flash sales travel agency acquired by Accorhotels in March 2017, boasting substantial growth and a large membership base. Lafont holds a degree from NEOMA Business School, completed between 1986 and 1989.
