Beyza Yorgancı's work experience includes a role as a Customer Service Specialist at Paraşüt starting in January 2020. Prior to that, they worked as a Sales Representative at GUESS?, Inc. from December 2018 to January 2020.

Beyza Yorgancı earned their first associate degree in Tourist Guiding from Istanbul Aydin University, where they studied from 2014 to 2018. Beyza then pursued further education and recently completed their second associate degree in Human Resources Management and Services from Anadolu University, from 2021 to 2023. In addition to their academic qualifications, Beyza obtained a certification in Human Resources Management from BAUSEM in September 2022.
