Stefan Wagner has over 15 years of experience in sales, business development and partnerships. From 2005 to 2008, they worked as a Financial Consultant in private banking and financing real estate properties at Postbank Finanzberatungs AG and comdirect private finance AG respectively. From 2008 to 2012, they were a Senior Account Executive and Account Executive/Business Development at UPS Deutschland GmbH & Co. OHG. In 2012, they became Team Lead Business Development at Immowelt AG, where they created and implemented new, innovative services in online media software and software as a service. From 2014 to 2017, they were the Head of Sales, Operations & Business Development at Streetspotr GmbH, where they established an innovative and disruptive business model in DACH region & internationally and expanded a software as service company in sales and operations. Stefan then went on to be Co-Founder Sales & Marketing at EverStore GmbH - Connected Store Platform (prev. INFINIA) in 2017. In 2018, they became Sales Director DACH at Symanto, scaling the sales and revenue results in DACH region and acquiring enterprise clients and growing a sales team. In 2019, they were the Head of Corporate Partnerships at Orpheus, a McKinsey company. Since 2021, they have been the Partnerships Lead Direct Business at Plume Design, Inc., creating and scaling of a partner network and managing partner delivery. Currently, they are the Lead Partner (Sales) Management at PARASHIFT - Intelligent Document Processing (IDP), leading the cloud-based document extraction that gathers data from documents around the world.

Stefan Wagner completed a Diplom-Kaufmann in Betriebswirtschaftslehre from FAU Erlangen-Nürnberg between 1998 and 2003. During this time, they also completed a praxisbegleitendes Studium in Business Administration from HypoVereinsbank AG between 1999 and 2002. In 2001, they earned a Certificate in Business Administration from the Questrom School of Business, Boston University.
