Wendy Dung has extensive experience in IT support and systems management, having served as a Team Lead/Senior Helpdesk Analyst at Apache Corporation from January 2004 to September 2010, where responsibilities included providing second-level technical support for over 700 users, mentoring junior analysts, and managing the company's Intranet and SCCM server. Prior to that, Wendy worked as a Systems Support Analyst at Standen's from 1998 to January 2004, focusing on network setup, configuration, and maintenance, as well as troubleshooting hardware and software issues. Wendy holds a Computer Technology Diploma from the Southern Alberta Institute of Technology, earned between 1992 and 1994.
