The-Uyen Truong began their work experience as a Client Service Associate at Morgan Stanley in September 2003 and worked there until August 2005. The-Uyen then joined Jones Lang LaSalle as a Financial Analyst from August 2005 to February 2007. From February 2007 to August 2011, they worked as a Financial Analyst at Vornado/Charles E. Smith. The-Uyen then moved on to Vornado Realty Trust where they were a Director from August 2011 to July 2015. Following that, they joined Pilates as a Master Pilates Instructor from July 2009 until present. Lastly, they worked at Paramount Group, first as a Director of Financial Planning and Analysis from August 2015 to February 2018, and most recently as an Assistant Vice President of Financial Planning and Analysis since February 2018.

The-Uyen Truong attended the Kogod School of Business from 2000 to 2004, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting.
