Julie Brandt, PE, is a Senior Surface Water Engineer at Parametrix with over two decades of experience in watershed planning, regulatory compliance, and environmental impact evaluations. Previously, Julie served as an Environmental Specialist and Enforcement Agent at the Bay Area Air Quality Management District, where technical guidance was provided on air pollution control and compliance negotiations. As an Environmental Engineer and Enforcement Agent with the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency, significant contributions included federal air quality advisory roles and Clean Air Act enforcement actions. Julie's career began with a Highway Drainage Intern position at Cook County Government, coupled with early experience as a Clean Water Ambassador and co-founding a community cleanup initiative.
