Jim Rapp is a seasoned planning professional with extensive experience in municipal and environmental services. Currently serving as a Senior Planner at Parametrix since 2008, Jim has held various significant roles, including Environmental Services Marketing Manager at HDR Engineering and Executive Director for For the Sake of the Salmon - Pacific Salmon Watershed Fund. Jim's career spans multiple cities, including serving as City Manager in Sherwood, Oregon, and Assistant City Manager in Ketchikan, Alaska.
