Jim Rapp is a seasoned planning professional with extensive experience in municipal and environmental services. Currently serving as a Senior Planner at Parametrix since 2008, Jim has held various significant roles, including Environmental Services Marketing Manager at HDR Engineering and Executive Director for For the Sake of the Salmon - Pacific Salmon Watershed Fund. Jim's career spans multiple cities, including serving as City Manager in Sherwood, Oregon, and Assistant City Manager in Ketchikan, Alaska. With a strong educational background that includes a Bachelor's degree in Urban Studies from UC Santa Barbara, a Master's degree in Community and Regional Planning from the University of Rhode Island, and supplemental studies at Stanford University, Jim is also recognized for their achievement in photography with an Extension Certificate from the University of California, San Francisco.
