Emily Welter, PE, is an accomplished civil engineer with extensive experience in engineering roles at Parametrix since May 2017, where responsibilities have included progressing from Engineer I to Engineer IV. Prior to this, Emily served as an Associate Engineer at Parsons Corporation from June 2015 to April 2017, contributing to significant projects such as the Center City Connector for Seattle City Light and Seattle Public Utilities. Additional experience includes internships focused on traffic impact analyses and roadway design at Bury and GBA, respectively. Emily obtained a Bachelor of Engineering in Civil Engineering with a focus on Engineering Management from Vanderbilt University in 2015.
