Emily Mannisto-Meyers is an experienced Transportation Planner III at Parametrix, specializing in active transportation projects, including local and regional trail development, bike route planning, and mobility hub strategies. With a strong background in greenhouse gas emissions reduction, traffic safety analysis, and community outreach, Emily has played a pivotal role in various transportation initiatives. Previous roles include Senior GIS Technician at Quantum Spatial, where Emily led project teams and trained contractors on advanced LiDAR techniques, and Founding Partner of Alpenglow Collective, a climbing community promoting diversity. Emily holds a Bachelor of Arts in City/Urban, Community and Regional Planning from the University of Michigan and has furthered education at Portland Community College.
