Luis Garcia Jr is an experienced technology specialist currently employed at Parallon since November 2017, where responsibilities include monitoring and automating a high volume of patient accounts, collaborating with application development and leadership to identify new automation opportunities, and utilizing programming skills in SQL, VBA, and VB. Prior roles include working as an insurance verification representative and case management authorization coordinator, with a strong background in patient registration, insurance verification, and financial authorization processes. Luis has also volunteered at Eileen Conners Elementary School while pursuing a degree in Healthcare Administration, which was obtained from Western Kentucky University in 2020.
