JT Cook IV has extensive experience in the healthcare industry, currently serving as the Director of the Special Workforce Assignment Team (SWAT) at Parallon since August 2016. Over the course of tenure at Parallon, JT has held various leadership roles, including Director and Assistant Director of Payment Resolution, Manager of Payer Analytics, Manager of Appeals, Manager of Underpayment Resolution, and Accounts Receivable Team Lead. Prior to this, JT completed an internship in the Department of Operations/Logistics at Justin Brands, Inc. in 2015. JT earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics from Texas A&M University between 2013 and 2016, having previously attended The University of Texas at Dallas from 2012 to 2013.
