Heidi Fong, PHR, currently serves as the Director of Human Resources at Parallax Volatility Advisers, LP, a position held since May 2016. Prior to this role, Heidi was the Senior Talent Acquisition Manager at Matthews Asia from July 2013 to May 2016, and previously worked as the Director of HR & Admin at Montgomery & Co., LLC, from June 2003 to April 2013. Heidi's expertise encompasses day-to-day operations of the Human Resources Department, including recruiting, performance management, training, benefits, payroll, and employee relations. Heidi holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Organizational Communication from California State University, Long Beach, completed between 1999 and 2003.
