James Sanders is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in security management and training. Currently serving as the National Supervisor Training Manager at Paragon Systems Inc., James oversees training for the eastern Pennsylvania area while also functioning as a Quality Control Inspector. Simultaneously, James holds the position of Quality Control Manager at MaxSent, where responsibilities include training and ensuring quality control under a Department of Homeland Security contract in Southern New Jersey. Prior roles at Paragon Systems, LLC included Supervisor/Lead Trainer, focusing on training security officers to meet federal standards. James is also the owner of Four Star Investment Properties, LLC, which manages commercial and residential real estate in Southern New Jersey and Central Florida. A retired Detective from the Pennsauken Police Department, James brings a wealth of law enforcement experience from various roles, including specialized traffic operations and collision investigations.
