Jacob Boettcher is an experienced operations manager with a strong background in manufacturing and continuous improvement. Currently serving as Operations Manager and Continuous Improvement Manager at Paragon Medical since May 2023, Jacob has previously held key roles at Schuman Cheese and Adient. With extensive experience at Burgess-Norton Mfg. Co., Jacob progressed from Team Lead to Production Manager between 2015 and 2020. Additional roles include various operator positions in the cold forming industry and a maintenance mechanic at Burt Moeke and son Hardwoods. Jacob's career began in the United States Air Force as an A.G.E. mechanic, complemented by education in Aerospace Ground Equipment Technology at the Community College of the Air Force.
