Todd Kirke has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning over several years. Todd began their career as a Sales Associate for the Iowa Cubs, where they gained experience in account ownership and developed tactical selling skills. Todd then joined Kinko's Corporate as a Corporate Sales Representative and honed their sales skills while also witnessing leadership that focused on individual goals. Following this, they worked as a Sales Manager for Reliable Communications, where they combined their passion for small business with managing a sales team. Todd then joined Schering Plough as a Target Sales Representative and later became a District Sales Manager, where they implemented their own management style based on clear communication and accountability, leading the team to increased rankings in various metrics. Todd Kirke also worked for American HomePatient as a Director of Sales, where they turned around a team of 17 sales executives and achieved profitability in key product lines. Todd then ventured into their own business, The Kirby Group, as a Principal, where they connected investors to entrepreneurs, oversaw the development and implementation of a wellness product offering, and assisted in analyzing distressed mortgages. Afterward, they worked as President-Sales and Operations for MMI, playing key roles in launching a new magazine and supporting a start-up large format graphic printing company. Todd Kirke then joined Genesis10 as a Business Development Executive, focusing on growing service lines in the Des Moines market and beyond. Finally, they worked for Signature Consultants as a Local Sales Manager, where they built relationships with local companies, resulting in significant growth for the company. Todd is currently working as an Account Executive at Paragon IT Professionals. Throughout their career, Todd Kirke consistently demonstrated a strong work ethic, leadership skills, and a passion for solving problems and connecting with clients.

Todd Kirke attended Dowling Catholic High School from 1984 to 1988. Then, from 1988 to 1993, they studied at Iowa State University, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Finance.
