Joyce Ann Buquia possesses extensive experience in the fraud prevention and customer service sectors, currently serving as the Anti Fraud Team Leader at VGW since April 2018. With a career that began in 2006 at Paragon ICC, a Playtech Company, Joyce has held multiple roles including Fraud Analyst-Shift Manager, where responsibilities included supervising shifts and addressing immediate concerns in fraud and finance operations, as well as investigating fraud-related issues as a Risk Management Representative. Joyce's foundational education includes a Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education and Teaching from Dr. Carlos S. Lanting College in Quezon City.
