James Kong is an angel investor and start-up enthusiast with over thirty years of leadership experience in FinTech and Business Operations. He was one of the first 25 employees at BlackRock and helped lead the growth of the Business Operations Organization.

James worked at BlackRock for thirty years, serving in a number of different leadership positions including Global Head of Aladdin Portfolio Services and Head of Portfolio Compliance. He was also a member of multiple leadership committees including the Global Operating Committee and the Technology and Business Operations Executive Committee.
