James Khoshaba is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in information technology and operations management. Currently serving as the Chief Information Officer at Mazda Australia Pty Ltd since February 2017, James leads a team of 50 full-time employees and is responsible for driving innovation, reducing costs, and enhancing security within the organization. Previously, James held multiple roles at BMW Financial Services Australia from 2003 to January 2017, culminating in the position of Head of Operations for Regional Services, where oversight was provided for 140 employees across five countries and four business units. Their earlier roles at BMW included Head of Information Technology and IT Development Manager. James began their career at ObjectMastery as a Software Engineer after earning a Bachelor of Software Engineering from Swinburne University of Technology in 2001.
