Sanket Shah is an experienced legal professional currently serving as Senior Vice President, Deputy General Counsel & Assistant Corporate Secretary at Paragon 28 since October 2023. In this role, Sanket leads the legal and compliance department, providing strategic counsel and overseeing corporate governance matters, including public disclosures and ESG policies. Prior to this position, Sanket held several senior roles at ViewRay, Inc., contributing to significant revenue growth and managing corporate governance before the company ceased operations. Previous experiences also include leadership positions at Cherwell Software, BMO Financial Group, GE Healthcare, BNY Mellon, and the Defense Contract Management Agency. Sanket holds a JD from the University of Illinois Chicago School of Law and a B.S. in Business Administration and Management from The Ohio State University.
