Matthew Millard currently serves as the Chief Human Resources Officer at Paragon 28, a company dedicated to improving patient outcomes for foot and ankle conditions, since March 2023. Prior to this role, Matthew held various senior leadership positions at NuVasive from June 2014 to March 2023, including VP of Global HR Business Partners and VP HR for Global Talent and Operations. Matthew's earlier career includes roles at Thermo Fisher Scientific, PepsiCo, CIBA Vision, and Frito-Lay North America. Matthew holds a PhD and a Master's degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Clemson University, along with a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Brigham Young University.
