Jacob Boeshans is a Quality Assurance Engineer at Paradromics Inc. since November 2022, following experience as a Process Engineer at Medtronic from February 2021 to October 2022, where responsibilities included utilizing TIBCO Spotfire dashboards and Atlassian JIRA for manufacturing support. Jacob also worked as an Engineering Technician under contract with OakRiver Technology, contributing to the assembly of complex systems for medical devices. Previous roles included instructing on compressors for the United Brotherhood of Carpenters & Joiners of America and leading a team as a Millwright Foreman across various industries. Jacob holds a Bachelor's degree in Environmental Sciences, Policy, and Management from the University of Minnesota and is recognized for safely managing heavy equipment during operational challenges.
