Jenny Wickman is an experienced User Researcher currently employed at Paradox Interactive since January 2021. Previously, Jenny held an internship as a UX Researcher at King from March to September 2020, where responsibilities included identifying research needs, conducting studies like playtests and diary studies, and communicating insights. Prior to this, Jenny served as a Receptionist at Kungliga Operan AB from April 2013 to February 2020, where responsibilities encompassed managing calls, greeting visitors, and assisting employees. Jenny holds a Design Lead degree from Hyper Island (2019-2020), a Bachelor's in Media and Communication Studies with a minor in System Science from Uppsala University (2016-2019), and has completed various coursework, including Human-Computer Interaction. Additional educational experiences include training at Malmö University and Kudan Institute of Japanese Language, and a diploma from Värmdö gymnasium with a specialization in behavioral science.
