Lauren Suresky has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and companies. Lauren began their career at Neiman Marcus in 2010, where they worked as a Customer Service Supervisor until June 2014. Lauren then moved on to Recruiting.com, starting as a Sales Development Representative in June 2014 and later transitioning to the role of Inbound Engagement Manager from December 2015 to December 2016. In 2016, Lauren joined Paradox, initially working as a Client Success Manager from December 2016 to June 2019. Lauren was then promoted to Client Success Director and held that position until July 2022. Currently, Lauren serves as the VP of Client Success at Paradox, a role they have held since June 2022.

Lauren Suresky obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from Arizona State University. Later, they pursued a Certificate in Leadership Principles from Harvard Business School Online. In 2021, they completed a Certificate in Project Leadership from Cornell University.
