Heather Myers, Ph.D., currently serves as the Chief IO Psychologist at Paradox since August 2021 and has held multiple roles at Traitify since 2014, including Chief Psychology Officer and Director of Psychology and Statistics. Additionally, Heather is the Principal at Myers Statistical Consulting, a position held since May 2004, focusing on building surveys, assessments, and designing validation studies. Academic credentials include a Ph.D. and MS in Psychology and Statistics from Stanford University, attained between 1996 and 2004, as well as a BS in Psychology from Carnegie Mellon University, completed in 1996.
