Eric Dalnoky has over 16 years of work experience in various roles and positions. Eric is currently working as a Program Manager at Paradigm since May 2021. Prior to this, they worked at ANSYS, Inc. where they held multiple roles including Professional Services Program Manager from December 2018 to May 2021, Marketing Program Manager from January 2017 to December 2018, and IT Program Manager from 2015 to January 2017. Before joining ANSYS, Inc., Eric served as the Director of Project Management at One Call Care Management from March 2009 to August 2015. Eric also worked as an IT Project Manager at BNY Mellon from December 2007 to January 2009, and as a Network Administrator - Project Focus at PPG Industries from February 2005 to December 2007.

Eric Dalnoky received their Bachelor of Science degree in Management Information Systems from Penn State University, where they attended from 2000 to 2004. Eric later pursued a Master of Science degree in IT Project Management at Robert Morris University, completing their studies from 2007 to 2009.
