Febin Varghese has extensive work experience in the field of engineering and project management. FEBIN currently holds the role of Senior Lead Engineer and Assistant Project Manager at Paradigm IT Private Limited. Prior to that, they worked as a Steel Detailer at Abtech LLC and as a Team Leader at Acero and Acero Structural Engineers. Febin Varghese has been involved in these roles since 2013 and recently joined Paradigm IT Private Limited in 2020.

Febin Varghese obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering from Thiagarajar Polytechnic, Ambaloor, from 2010 to 2013.
