Albert Cheng is a seasoned data engineering professional with extensive experience in the finance and healthcare sectors. Currently serving as a Senior Data Engineer at Paradigm since April 2023, Albert previously held the role of BI Engineer at Amazon from July 2022 to March 2023. Prior experience includes working as an Associate Data Engineer at Goldman Sachs, focusing on projects related to Apple Card, GM Card, and Consumer Lending, from December 2018 to June 2022. Albert's career began as a Senior Analyst at Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Illinois, Montana, New Mexico, Oklahoma & Texas, followed by an Assistant Informatics Consultant position at the Texas Health and Human Services Commission. Albert started the professional journey as Actuary I in January 2015. Educationally, Albert holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics from The University of Texas at Austin.
