Michael Plosz is a seasoned professional with over 35 years of experience in consulting, project management, and information technology, currently serving as the Industry Sector Lead for Property and Casualty Insurance at Paradigm Consulting Group since November 2004. Michael has held various senior leadership roles, including Vice President Solutions Development, Vice President of Application and Technology Services, Executive Partner, and Managing Partner, where responsibilities included strategic planning, financial performance, and the development of project management solutions. Prior to Paradigm Consulting Group, Michael worked as a Senior Consultant at EDS and SHL Systemhouse, providing management services for large enterprise information systems, and served as a Business Analyst for Saudi Arabian International Airports Projects and a Systems Engineer at Paramax. Michael holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Saskatchewan, obtained between 1982 and 1986.
