Shelby Beam currently serves as the People Ops Manager at Paradigm, a position held since November 2022. Prior experience includes roles as Human Resources Team Lead and Human Resources Coordinator at EBQ from January 2021 to November 2022, as well as HR Services Representative at Petco for a brief period in late 2020. Previously, Shelby held multiple positions at EBQ from January 2017 to May 2020, including Human Resources Coordinator and Receptionist, Executive Assistant, and Data Management Specialist. Earlier career experience includes roles at A+ Federal Credit Union, Bath & Body Works, and Family Christian. Shelby holds a BBA in Management with a Human Resources concentration from Texas State University, and an Associate of Science in Business Administration and Management from Austin Community College.
