Shawn Lauria, CPSM, has over 20 years of experience in procurement and sourcing roles. Shawn is currently the Vice President of Procurement at Paradies Lagardère, a position they have held since July 2020. Prior to this, they were the Sr. Director of Procurement at Paradies Lagardère from September 2016 to July 2020, and the Director of Procurement from July 2012 to September 2016.

Before joining Paradies Lagardère, Shawn worked at The Home Depot from 2007 to 2012, where they served as the Sr. Manager of Procurement from September 2010 to July 2012. Shawn also held the role of Strategic Sourcing Manager from 2007 to 2010, where they managed distribution commodities and led negotiations and sourcing strategies for the company.

Shawn's earlier career includes a role as a Global Sourcing Manager at Alcatel-Lucent from 2003 to 2007, and a Manager of Communications, Systems & Process at Lucent Technologies from 1997 to 2003.

Throughout their career, Shawn has demonstrated expertise in procurement and sourcing management, leading teams and implementing efficient processes.

Shawn Lauria, CPSM holds a Master of Science degree in Management from Stevens Institute of Technology, which they earned from 2002 to 2009. Shawn also obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Management from Bryant University, where they studied from 1992 to 1996.
