Roshini Gutierrez

Roshini Gutierrez has extensive experience in strategy, performance, and project management. Roshini is currently the Director of Strategy & Performance at Par Pacific Holdings, Inc., where they lead integration efforts, develops enterprise planning tools and processes, and governs effective project management methodologies. Prior to this role, they worked as a Senior Consultant at Deloitte.

Roshini also has a background in IT and procurement. Roshini served as the IT Strategic Initiatives Lead at Motiva Enterprises LLC, where they developed and executed the IT annual plan, led workforce strategy initiatives, and facilitated operational and strategic reviews. Roshini has also held roles as an SCM Optimization Lead, Sr. Optimization Analyst, and Contracts & Procurement Analyst at Motiva Enterprises LLC.

Earlier in their career, Roshini worked at Schlumberger and Cameron, gaining experience in procurement, production control, sourcing, category management, materials management, and logistics. Roshini also interned at Calpine as a Sourcing and Contracting Intern and at The Exchange as a Logistics/Operations Intern.

Throughout their career, Roshini has consistently demonstrated their expertise in driving efficiency, implementing strategic initiatives, and managing complex projects across various industries.

Roshini Gutierrez completed their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Supply Chain Management at the University of Houston in 2014. Roshini then pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree at the Mays Business School of Texas A&M University from 2017 to 2019. During their time at Texas A&M, they obtained the certification of Texas A&M MBA Graduate in May 2019. Additionally, they have obtained several other certifications, including Six Sigma Green Belt from Cameron in April 2016, Green Belt Training Class from Cameron in August 2015, Process Improvement from Cameron in November 2014, and Corporate Entrepreneurship from the University of Houston in May 2014.
