Mike Thayer is currently the Director of Leadership Development & Sustainability at Par Pacific Holdings, Inc., where responsibilities include developing impactful leadership programs for Refining & Logistics business units. Previously, at Macmillan, Mike held the role of Reliability Coordinator and Organizational Effectiveness Lead while also authoring books, including "The Double Life of Danny Day" and "The Talent Thief." As an author at Hooligan Press, Mike wrote "The Epic Adventures of the Techno Wizard" series and conducted engaging workshops for schools. Mike’s extensive experience at ExxonMobil spanned various leadership and engineering roles, focusing on improving reliability systems, implementing leadership frameworks, and managing large projects. Mike holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from Brigham Young University.
