Morgane Gorria is a seasoned professional in the fields of engineering, innovation, and environmental sustainability. Currently serving as Directrice at PAPREC, a leading French recycling company, Morgane oversees operations at 210 sites, focusing on the recycling of plastics, papers, and metals since March 2018. Prior to this role, Morgane was Directrice Ingénierie et Innovation at Groupe LHOTELLIER, where leadership involved optimizing technical, regulatory, and R&D efforts. Morgane also directed Capik, an initiative on methanization processes, and held project management roles at Nov&atech, emphasizing the valorization of agricultural resources. With past academic positions in multiple universities and research institutions, Morgane has a solid educational background in biology and agronomy, complemented by extensive teaching and research experience.
