Taliza Eicher has a diverse work experience. Taliza started their career in 2008 at Hilton Basel, where they completed a commercial apprenticeship. Taliza then moved on to Hilton Zurich Airport, where they worked as a Reservations Agent from 2011 to 2012 and later as a GC & E Sales Executive from 2012 to 2013. In 2014, they joined Papilio as an Office Manager, and later took on roles as a Project-/Product Manager for the Online Business from 2017 to 2022, and finally as a Product Owner & UX Designer from 2023 onwards.

Taliza Eicher obtained their Diploma in Marketing Management (Dipl. Marketingmanagerin HF) from MBSZ - Marketing & Business School Zürich AG, from 2019 to 2022. Prior to that, they attended Handelsschule KV Basel from 2008 to 2011, where they earned a certification in KV HGT. Taliza Eicher also holds additional certifications including ABACUS from Abacus Research AG in 2019, Business English Certificate Vantage | Grade A | Level C1 from Cambridge Assessment in 2019, and Personality Questionnaire 'shapes' from cut-e an Aon company in 2017.
