Victor Bahia Spach is a Payroll Data Automation Specialist at Papaya Global since March 2020, focusing on enhancing payroll processes through automation on a cloud-based SaaS platform servicing over 140 countries. Previously, Victor held the role of Commercial Manager at Lojas Americanas, where responsibilities included motivating team members and managing stock. Victor has also gained valuable experience as an Industrial Engineering Intern across various organizations, including the Interdisciplinary Center for Transport Studies of the University of Brasilia and ANAC, where tasks involved process mapping and documentation. Victor holds a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering from Universidade de Brasília, completed in 2017.
