Tom Arad is a seasoned professional in onboarding, implementation, and customer success management with a strong background in the technology and hospitality sectors. Currently serving as a Senior Onboarding and Implementation Manager at Papaya Global since May 2021, Tom Arad contributes to a cloud-based SaaS platform that provides end-to-end workforce management solutions globally. Prior experience includes managing operations and staff at R2M Corporation's high-end restaurant in Tel-Aviv and serving as a Customer Success Manager at Tabit, a restaurant technology company. Tom Arad holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the Holon Institute of Technology, completed in 2017.
