Noor Gidwani is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in corporate transactional work and litigation across various sectors. Currently serving as a Board Member at the Global Employment Innovation Organization and the Director of Legal Affairs for APAC at Papaya Global, Noor's past roles include Legal Counsel at Aaqua and Consultant at Wadhwa Law Offices, where significant projects included mergers, joint ventures, and compliance matters related to investment and corporate law. Prior experience encompasses managing a large caseload in insurance litigation at Global Law Alliance and engaging in various legal practices concerning tort, admiralty, and contract law, alongside involvement in significant corporate transactions. Noor holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) from the University of Bristol and an International Baccalaureate from Jakarta International School.
