Niv Zadik is a seasoned product leader currently serving as Product Lead at PAPAYA since September 2024. With extensive experience at Playtika from August 2018 to September 2024, Niv held multiple roles including Director of Product, Head of Product, and Product Team Lead, focusing on advancements in Blockchain, NFT, and Web 3.0 sectors. Niv’s leadership emphasized personal development within teams, strategic planning, and innovation. Prior roles include Product Manager at Caesars Casino, where Niv designed industry-leading products and implemented strategic features. Niv began the professional journey in the Israeli Air Force as a Product Manager and Training Manager from July 2012 to August 2017. Academic credentials include an Executive MBA from Tel Aviv University and a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev.
