Josh Martin currently serves as the Director of Social Media & Brand Engagement at Papa Johns, a position held since July 2022. Prior to this role, Josh was the Sr Director of Brand Engagement at Buffalo Wild Wings from May 2020 to February 2022, where leadership focused on a team dedicated to enhancing brand storytelling during game time. From December 2010 to May 2020, Josh held multiple roles at Arby's Restaurant Group, Inc., starting as Manager of Social Media and advancing to Sr Director of Digital & Social Media, where significant campaigns were developed to elevate brand visibility and engagement. Earlier experience includes serving as Social Media Strategist and Senior Researcher at Moxie, and an HR Consultant at AT&T during graduate studies. Josh holds a Master's degree in Psychology (Industrial/Organizational) from Middle Tennessee State University and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Kennesaw State University.
