Derek Downey is an experienced professional with a robust background in employee experience and organizational strategy. Currently, Derek holds the position of Senior Manager for GTM Strategy Enablement, L&D and Employee Experience at Panzura. Previously, Derek has owned and managed Distinguished Gentlemen Beard Co. and Civilized Silverback LLC. At Saudi Aramco, Derek served as the Employee Experience Lead for Law & Upstream and as Executive Programs Manager focused on Strategic Communication & Negotiation. Additionally, Derek was the National Sales Operations Director and Strategy Consultant at Pro Look Sports Inc. Academically, Derek obtained a Master of Business Administration from the Marriott School of Management at Brigham Young University and a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy with a focus on Ethics from the same institution.
