Scott Cong, CA, CFA, currently serves as Vice President at Pantheon, focusing on private equity since March 2024. Prior to this role, Scott was Executive Director at Alcentra from February 2020 to January 2024, where responsibilities included leading the Fund Control Team, managing a team of nine, and overseeing various financial processes such as NAV reconciliation and performance attribution for private credit funds. From April 2013 to February 2020, Scott held the position of Vice President at JPMorgan Chase & Co., managing the financial reporting for 22 closed-ended funds and 3 open-ended funds in listed equities and multi-asset strategies. Earlier experience includes a role as Fund Accountant at IFM Investors from November 2010 to January 2013, focusing on the preparation of financial reports and distributions for open-ended funds, and an Accountant position at Lachlan Partners in 2009-2010. Scott completed an Economic (Honors) degree in Commerce at the University of Melbourne from 2003 to 2008.
