Paul Barr is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in infrastructure investments and advisory roles. Currently serving as a Partner at Pantheon Ventures since January 2021, Paul previously held the position of Senior Vice President at GIC from January 2012 to December 2020, where leadership extended over the infrastructure funds program and involvement in co-investment opportunities. Paul has also been a Non-Executive Director for major firms such as Kelda Group Limited and Heathrow Airport Holdings Limited, representing GIC's interests. Prior experiences include roles at Challenger, Macquarie Bank, Ernst & Young, and Arthur D Little, with a focus on corporate finance, infrastructure investments, and strategic analysis. Paul holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Business Studies from The University of Edinburgh.
