Neil Luscombe is a Mechanical Design Engineer currently serving as the Packaging Sustainability and Training Lead at Panorama Antennas since February 2021, where responsibilities include managing multiple design projects from initial manufacture to assembly and leading packaging initiatives. Prior experience includes roles at Elta Fans Ltd, starting as a Student Engineer and progressing to Graduate Mechanical Design Engineer, focusing on product testing and quality control in the research and development department. Neil Luscombe holds a degree in Product Design, specializing in Industrial and Product Design from the University of Portsmouth, and has completed A Levels in Product Design, Geography, and Biology at Blenheim High School.
