Cagen Williams has a diverse work experience in the construction and contracting industry. From 2009 to the present, they have been with PANHANDLE POWER SOLUTIONS LLC, initially serving as the Director of Operations and later advancing to the role of President & CEO. During their time at Panhandle Power Solutions, the company was acquired by Bristol Bay Native Corporation in 2019. Under the new ownership, the company continued to thrive as a subsidiary and expanded its presence in the FL panhandle, particularly in military installations. In 2022, Cagen moved on to Bristol Bay Construction Holdings LLC, where they worked as the Vice President of Energy until 2023.

Cagen Williams is currently pursuing an Executive MBA from NYU Stern School of Business, which is expected to be completed in 2024. Prior to this, Cagen attended the University of Mississippi, but the degree and field of study are unspecified. Furthermore, Cagen has obtained a certification in Foundations of Private Equity and Venture Capital from Harvard Business School Executive Education in 2022.
