Daniel Zuteck, CFA, serves as Acquisitions Manager at Pangea Equity Partners since May 2011, where responsibilities include inspecting multi-family apartment acquisition candidates, modeling investment opportunities, managing loans for delinquent mortgagees, and securing financing through Fannie Mae and HUD. Under Daniel's tenure, Pangea grew significantly from 2,200 to over 12,500 apartments and expanded from approximately 50 to over 400 employees. Prior to this role, Daniel worked as an Equity Research Analyst at Robert W. Baird & Co. Daniel earned a BA in Finance from Michigan State University, completing studies at the Eli Broad College of Business.
