Neil Thomas has extensive work experience in the field of operations, management, and project leadership. Neil is currently the Head of Operations at Pangea Global Services since June 2021. Prior to this, they worked as the General Manager at CG Newage Electrical India Limited from January 2012 to March 2021. Neil also served as a Senior Project Manager at Navionices Technologies from December 2007 to September 2011. Before that, they worked as a Project Manager at Interra Technologies from October 2004 to November 2007. Neil Thomas started their career as a Team Lead at Xpanxion International Pvt Limited from January 2001 to September 2004.

Neil Thomas attended Pune University from 1992 to 1997, where they earned a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Mechanical Engineering.
