Misty Carson is an experienced instructional media developer with a focus on creating dynamic training materials at Pangea Foundation since August 2016. With a background as an instructional copywriter, Misty has crafted training manuals and scripts to enhance user learning experiences. Additionally, Misty contributes to the Country Music Hall of Fame and Museum as a songwriter, trainer, and content developer, actively engaging in educational outreach to foster young songwriting talent. Recent roles include coaching emerging artists as an Artist Track Director at CMC Nashville and managing artist development solutions as the owner of Carson Creative. Past positions also include serving as an executive assistant and music director, as well as instructing voice through Renee Grant-Williams' vocal methods. Misty holds a Bachelor's Degree in Entrepreneurship from Belmont University.
