Robb Watkins Ed.D is an experienced professional in education and management, currently serving as a Senior Manager in Development Tools Engineering at Panera Bread since January 2020. Formerly, Watkins held several academic positions including Adjunct Professor at Southern New Hampshire University and Saint Louis University, teaching courses in Criminal Justice, Emergency Management, and Homeland Security. With a strong background in curriculum development, Watkins has extensive experience with synchronous and asynchronous instruction, utilizing technology and video in classroom settings. Additional roles include Project Manager and Senior Business Analyst at neteffects, as well as President and CEO of All Hazards Training and Consulting, LLC. Watkins earned an Ed.D. in Instructional Leadership, an MBA in Business Administration, and a BA in Human Resources Management from Lindenwood University, alongside an AAS in Fire Science from East Central College.
