Lauren Kunze is the CEO of ICONIQ AI since 2021. Lauren was previously the CEO of Pandorabots, Inc. from 2013 to 2021. In this role, they oversaw the development of 300,000+ chatbots that have chatted with end-users more than 60 billion times on a variety of popular messaging, voice, and hardware channels. Prior to that, they were an author for HarperCollins Publishers from 2008 to 2013.

Lauren Kunze attended Harvard University from 2004 to 2008, where they earned an A.B. in English and Neurobiology.
